Prema Priyadarshini

Prema has been a trained Mediator and an expert Litigation Counsel represented various Government Departments before different courts of Law including the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. She has her core competences in the Alternate dispute Resolution Process. Besides having acquired innate expertise in litigation, she had been a  Senior Mediator on the panel of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Samadhan) and Maadhyam (Council for Conflict Resolution) at New Delhi. She is also an Arbitrator registered with Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). She has successfully conducted more than 360 mediation proceedings as a Mediator and Conciliator while being on the panel of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Samadhan) since the year 2009. She has varied experience handling disputes not just limited to matrimonial, commercial, property, copyright and patent etc. which disputes could be Court referred or related to Pre-litigation and Pre-institution Mediation.

Various Training programs conducted by nationally and Internationally renowned Mediation centres have honed her mediation skills to the best advantage.  She had participated in such events since 2013 when the concept of Mediation was in nascent stage. She completed the Commercial Mediation Training Programme (on September 26 & 27, 2013) in association with Bangalore Mediation Centre and JAMS (American Institute) at Bangalore. She also attended the Asia Pacific International Mediation Summit (February 12-15,2015) held at New Delhi. She had also successfully completed Advanced Mediation Master Class with Maadhyam on 2nd Feburary, 2018 at India International Centre, New Delhi. Her articles were published in E-Mediation Writings, New Delhi in the year 2020 & 2021. Recently, I had undergone cross-border mediation training with ‘SIMI International Mediator Accreditation Programme’ (SAGE Mediation, Singapore) from 27th to 30th April,2023 at Delhi NCR, India.
