Ramesh Kumar having worked with various Government Departments, has more than 30 years of experience in DOT/ BSNL/ MTNL/ TCIL with immense experience in regulatory compliances and contesting legal issues of diversified nature including criminal cases, departmental disciplinary cases, vigilance cases and MCD property tax cases etc. Ramesh Kumar is also focussing on Trade Mark Laws, Geographical Indications Laws, Patent laws, Copyright Laws and Design Laws etc.
He has done multiple Master’s level Legal Courses from National Law Schook of India University, National Law University Delhi and GGSIPU ranging from Business Laws, Banking and Finance, Corporate Laws, Insolvency Laws, Company Law, Consumer Law and Intellectual Property Laws. Ramesh also has certification of skill of Post Graduate Diploma Level in Alternate Dispute Resolution from Indian Law Institute, Drafting and Negotiation of Contracts from NALSAR including Human Rights Laws and RERA. He has four years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and regularly argues at various fora. He has extremely good networking with the Government machinery at various levels and various sectors to prove him to be a valuable asset for our organization.
